Job Duties:

1. Provide daily support to the department, including preparing documents and reports.
2. Receive, screen, and register patients into the clinical system.
3. Address any inquiries, feedback, or concerns from patients.
4. Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or other procedures.
5. Obtain and verify patient billing information before collecting payment.
6. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all unit facilities and equipment, and tidy the general appearance of the counter.
7. Perform data entry and closure of daily settlements.
8. Handle incoming phone calls and make appointments.
9. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
