Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to ensure seamless customer experiences by minimizing disruptions in domestic digital payment journeys, thereby safeguarding and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Domestic Digital Payment Processing team.

Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing & Transaction Management: Accurately process domestic digital payments and post entries across various payment systems, ensuring timely and efficient transaction completion. This includes processing exceptions, stop payment requests, and managing honouring/returning transactions.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Support: Manage and respond to inquiries from stakeholders received via functional mailboxes, service requests, and workflow systems, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Transaction Investigation & Reconciliation: Conduct thorough investigations and reconciliations of customer transactions to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Data Management & Archival

Ensure proper management, maintenance, and archival of all relevant data, adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements.

Data Entry & Reporting

Perform data entry for statistics related to Domestic Digital Payments, contributing to accurate reporting and analysis.

Compliance & Operational Adherence

Adhere strictly to all compliance regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

Billing & Pricing Support

Assist with billing-related matters and maintain/manage pricing requests, ensuring accurate financial operations.

Requirements
  • Min 4 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations.
  • Strong risk awareness and ability to manage/ address them
  • Sound understanding of local competitors and payment eco-system.
