Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support daily Human Resource and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, and able to assist in HR documentation, data updating, and general administrative duties.

Human Resource Support
  • Assist in recruitment coordination such as arranging interviews and preparing required documents
  • Prepare HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, termination letters, and warning letters, etc
  • Support work pass matters for foreign workers (applications, renewals, cancellations)
  • Assist in handling staff insurance and medical matters (claims, work injury compensation, PCP etc.)
  • Provide assistance to site workers on HR‑related queries
Administrative Duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and updating data
  • Check‑in and check‑out workers from dormitories and update OFWAS
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and daily correspondence professionally
  • Assist in training arrangements including enrolment, scheduling, and updating training records
  • Create new joiners’ profiles and update work permit / passport expiry dates in the Opensoft system
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the manager or management
Requirements
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain accurate records
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply
