Job summary
A payment services company based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Technician Support. The role involves managing admin tasks and providing first-level technician support. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, and handling documentation. Candidates should have basic computer skills and strong communication abilities. Immediate start preferred. This position offers flexible working shifts including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle simple documentation for incoming/outgoing goods.
- Provide first-level technician support and follow-up.
- Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks.
Skills

Working Days: Shift 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Shift 2 - Tuseday, Thursday, Saturday.
Working Hours: 1:00PM – 10:00PM (Monday to Friday), Saturday : 9AM to 9PM
- Filing, data entry, and document management
- Handling simple documentation for incoming/outgoing goods
