Job Description
  • Assist HR Manager to administer the company's HR infrastructure and our cloud‑based recording systems to ensure HR data are accurately processed and regularly submitted to management and regulatory authorities as and when needed
  • Assist HR Manager to manage the HR functions including employees' compensation, group medical insurance, HR resource development, staff training plans, recruitment and all matters relating to work passes as well as ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations imposed by regulatory authorities
  • Respect payroll processing and reporting deadlines and ensure data input accuracy, particularly for workers' overtime and ad‑hoc allowances
  • Prompt settlement of staff inquiries over payroll, OT, training and any other HR issues
  • Assist on an as‑and‑when basis with materials and service purchases for the company
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a good secondary education and those with additional professional HR qualifications will have an added advantage
  • At least 2 years of HR working experience in any industry
  • Independent self‑starter with good analytical skills
  • Candidates with knowledge of Info‑Tech cloud‑based HRMS will have an added advantage
