POSITION FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (AP)

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Accounts Executive (AP) for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts payable functions
  • Perform data entries and assist in the day-to-day operation of finance department.
  • Perform matching exercise to ensure the invoices are correctly billed per quotation.
  • Review the invoices and making sure all supporting documents are fully attached (PO, DO and etc).
  • Payment arrangement, processing staff expense claim and reimbursements.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and employees in a timely manner.
  • Generate billings for customers and update sales report.
  • Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned.
Key Job Requirements

· Minimum 1 year experience with Diploma in Finance and Accounting

· Proficient in Microsoft office
