Job summary

A well-established Logistics Company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to oversee full-spectrum finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable and payables, prepare financial statements, and process payroll. A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the Logistics Industry is required, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. A well-established Logistics Company is seeking for experienced and qualified Accounts Executive to oversee full-spectrum finance and accounting functions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handle billing, claims, data compilation, and cash flow tracking
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to sales, receivables, payables, and cash collections
• Prepare monthly and yearly trial balances, financial statements, audit schedules, and tax computations
• Maintain fixed asset registers, inventory records, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, finance costs, and insurance records.
• Manage the renewal of contracts, agreements, permits, licenses, insurance policies including seeking internal approval and processing payments related to renewals
• Process employees’ payroll, CPF submissions, and personal income tax for work pass holders
• Utilize in-house IT systems and tools for data input, reporting, and analysis

Job Requirement

• ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the Logistics Industry
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations, Central Provident Fund (CPF) Act, and employment regulations is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and handle confidential financial information with integrity
