Temporary Clerical Officer
Salary: Up to $13.60 per hour
Location: Novena MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Commitment Period: Immediate availability required, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

As a temporary clerical officer, you will support the fulfillment of tax obligations by assisting taxpayers in utilizing digital services. Your role contributes to fostering a socially responsible taxpaying community.

• Provide assistance to taxpayers via email and telephone

• Promote and encourage the use of e-services and chatbox support tools

• Manage a high volume of taxpayer inquiries, handling over 20 cases daily

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive data

• Comfortable handling a large volume of taxpayer inquiries

• Minimum educational qualification of ‘A’ Level or diploma

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred

• Strong written communication skills

• Highly organized and meticulous in managing confidential information

• Self-motivated and capable of handling cases efficiently

• Ability to start immediately and commit for at least three months

• Preferably no long leave planned during the first month of employment
