Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to engage customers and promote jewellery products. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Marketing and strong customer service and digital marketing skills. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and creating social media content. The role offers a competitive salary with commissions and requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of customer service and/or digital marketing experience; retail or jewelry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and promote jewellery products to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct stock counts and manage inventory.
- Create engaging content for social media.
