Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Officer to handle vehicle damage reports and customer inquiries. The role involves assessing damages, managing accident reports, and performing follow-ups. Ideal candidates should be familiar with office software, and experience in a related field is a strong plus. A Class 3 or Class 2B driving license is advantageous. This position offers a work schedule of Monday to Friday, with flexible Saturday hours.

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with office productivity software and web technologies.
  • Experience in customer service, enforcement, or collections is a strong advantage.
  • Class 3 or Class 2B driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on vehicle damage reports through calls, emails, or visits.
  • Investigate damages, assess repair costs, and follow up with customers.
  • Assist in managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assist with vehicle recovery when required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
