Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join their dynamic team. The role involves processing orders, managing customer programs, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Studies, have at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Japanese is a plus. The position requires a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP system will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders efficiently.
