Aufgaben
- Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
- Take accurate orders and serve beverages and desserts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards during service.
Kenntnisse
Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
Present the beverage and dessert menu, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
Prepare and serve beverages (juices, smoothies) and desserts (ice cream) promptly and courteously.
Maintain presentation and quality standards for all items served.
Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage and dessert station.
Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director or Chef.
