- Coordinate with clients, agents, shipping lines, and forwarders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents and information.
- Maintain good working relationships with agents and shipping companies.
- Monitor and control container inventory, including maintenance and repair.
- Collect and compare freight rates from different carriers.
- Support company projects, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.
- Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
