A leading footwear retailer in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and relevant retail experience. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, maintaining productivity goals, and contributing to a positive work environment. This role requires someone who is energetic and motivated, with the ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Pass in English or equivalent required.
- Relevant experience in retail preferred.
- Energetic, motivated, and able to work shifts.
Responsabilités
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding sales and customer experience.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals.
- Engage customers with open-ended questions.
- Share expertise on products and trends.

- Take on ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ levels with a pass in English or equivalent.
- Sales-driven and results oriented.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset.
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
