Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quality Leader to oversee the Quality organization, ensuring excellence in manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will possess 11 to 14 years of experience in quality leadership within electronics manufacturing, along with expertise in Lean Six Sigma and quality management systems. This role offers a competitive salary of $16K to $22K annually and is crucial for driving quality initiatives and fostering a strong quality culture.
Qualifications
- 11–14 years of progressive quality leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Expertise in TQM, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Quality organization including Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
- Define and execute a quality roadmap to enhance product quality.
- Drive Quality‑First initiatives across manufacturing sites.

Salary: $16K - $22K x 13 months + Variable Bonus
This role leads the overall Quality function, setting strategy and driving execution across manufacturing operations and supply chain partners. The position is responsible for building a world‑class quality organization that delivers strong customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement at scale.
- Lead the Quality organization, including Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma).
- Define and execute a quality roadmap that strengthens product quality, customer experience, and business performance.
- Drive Quality‑First initiatives across manufacturing sites and external partners.
- Establish and improve corporate and multi‑plant quality processes to achieve world‑class standards.
- Leverage quality digitization, data, and analytics to proactively manage risk and improve outcomes.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to embed quality into daily execution.
- Develop, coach, and lead high‑performing teams while promoting a strong quality culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 11–14 years of progressive experience in quality leadership within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in TQM, Lean Six Sigma, DOE, and continuous improvement methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Broad understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, materials, and business operations.
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
