Job summary
A leading advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Corporate Finance services team. The role involves providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services, working on project teams to prepare materials, and executing deals. Candidates should have a Business/Finance degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including strong skills in financial modelling and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses.
- Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling.
- Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
- Working on project teams to prepare presentation materials and execute engagements.
- Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling.

We are seeking a Senior Associate level person to join us in our Corporate Finance services.

- Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services
- You will be expected to work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
- Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling
- Degree in Business/Finance related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
- Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy working as a part of a multi-cultural team
- A self-starter with high level of initiative
