Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development (BD) Manager to drive new business and strengthen client relationships for our corporate services in Singapore. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to promote our comprehensive range of corporate services—including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial services—to achieve revenue and growth targets.

This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales/BD professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to meet revenue growth goals by identifying new opportunities, tailoring solutions to client needs, and ensuring high client satisfaction through collaboration with business heads.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to promote accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services to prospective clients, aiming to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand the client base and meet specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals, clearly communicating the value of our services and showcasing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Business Heads) to stay informed about industry regulations and tailor corporate service solutions to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, conducting market and competitor analysis as required to identify new opportunities and maintain competitiveness in the corporate services market.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing clients by referring them to relevant Business Heads, leveraging the company’s full suite of services (including Trust & Fiduciary).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of BD/sales experience within professional services (e.g., accounting, tax, payroll, and/or corporate services).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin—required to effectively liaise and communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing new clients, and securing contracts.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate services, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial functions.
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management, comfortable working with a diverse client base (including European clients and clients across Asia).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to deliver compelling client service presentations and proposals.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and accountable, with strong ethical standards.
  • A strong existing network with corporate decision-makers within the industry is a bonus.
