A governmental agency in Singapore is looking for a skilled marketing professional to lead the marketing and social media strategy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing with over 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with various stakeholders. Enterprise Singapore’s Corporate Communications team plays an important role in shaping the perception of the organisation as the lead agency that grows stronger enterprises, develops Singapore as a hub for global trading, innovation and startups, and builds trust in Singapore enterprises, products and services through quality and standards. The Marketing Communications team works closely with the divisions ranging from industry clusters to global markets to craft content, amplify messages and track performance across various owned and paid channels to drive wide-ranging communications priorities in line with the agency’s goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for shaping and driving Enterprise Singapore’s marketing and social media strategy, as well as developing and executing impactful multi‑channel marketing campaigns driven by audience insights and data analytics to maximise outcomes from building awareness, driving consideration to influencing actions. As an experienced marketing professional, you should be in the know of the latest innovative digital initiatives for our local and global audiences. The role also requires you to collaborate with external stakeholders and partners (including agencies, production houses, media agencies), manage complex projects with challenging timelines, craft fresh copy and create diverse range of multimedia media content to engage target audiences.
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing with more than 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing. You should be results‑oriented, motivated, and resourceful. You should possess a creative flair and excellent writing skills. Experienced in planning and executing integrated multi‑channel campaigns and proficient in digital marketing (including search/email/social media marketing and data analytics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics). Ability to copywrite/copyedit in Mandarin is an advantage.
