Résumé du poste
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an IT Coordinator to prepare and coordinate schedules for IT Engineers, manage internships, and liaise with the Sales and IT Departments. The candidate should preferably have IT knowledge and be capable of handling correspondences efficiently. This role is full-time, 5 days a week, with a salary range of $2400 - $2800.
Qualifications
- Preferably with IT knowledge.
Responsabilités
- Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers' schedules for projects.
- Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
- Liaise with Sales and IT Departments on after sales matters.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
- Answer email correspondence promptly.
- Maintain service items inventory control.
- Maintain records for billing purposes.
- Update service form inputs in our system.
- Respond to ad hoc requirements from the Manager.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Manage interns schedules for deployment
- Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain service items inventory control
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
- Preferably with IT knowledge
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
