Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator to support end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, primarily within the AI/ML and Financial Crime Compliance (KYC / Transaction Monitoring) domains. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track full project delivery lifecycle — from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management and program steering committees.
• Coordinate with diverse technical teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, compliance SMEs, and business analysts.
• Monitor dependencies, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues or blockers.
• Support governance activities and maintain structured project documentation.
• Ensure stakeholder communication, alignment, and timely escalation when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project coordination / project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (FCC, KYC, TM) projects.
• Strong understanding of data-driven solution delivery and technology implementation cycles.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master) are preferred.
