Job Description & Requirements

• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures in accordance with LTA's safety requirements and relevant regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety hazards.
• Establish and maintain a system for reporting and investigating accidents and incidents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify safety hazards.
• Perform safety audits to ensure compliance with safety plans and procedures.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for LTA on safety matters.
• Ensure that all safety submissions comply with LTA's requirements and timelines.
• Manage the submission and approval process for safety plans and permits.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing safety plans and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with LTA's safety requirements and standards.
