A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a professional for BIM modelling and coordination. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, managing project data sets, and coordinating with site personnel. Ideal candidates will have experience in BIM and a strong understanding of construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling and coordination and daily management of project BIM data sets/workflows.
• Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and clash detections.

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling and coordination and daily management of project BIM data sets/workflows
• Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT
• Preparing for BIM drawing submissions to consultants for on-going projects
• Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and clash detections
• Modelling for project tender drawings for construction sequence
• Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements
• Assist in participation of annual BIM awards
• Any other tasks assigned by Project Managers / Directors
