Job summary
A leading energy company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage bid processes and complex contracts. The role requires providing strategic advice on contractual issues, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry and hold an engineering or law degree. Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in project controls or commercial roles in construction, preferably O&G.
- Expertise in contract management and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the review and administration of complex contracts.
- Provide advice on contractual risks and obligations.
- Support tender activities and monitor contract performance.
- Liaise with departments for alignment on contractual matters.
