Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering consultancy, business development, tendering, or proposals.
• Experience in marine, coastal, civil infrastructure, water, or environmental consultancy is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s consultancy procurement frameworks (GeBIZ).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify consultancy opportunities in marine and coastal engineering.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of proposals and tender submissions.
• Review consultancy tender documents and prepare tender clarifications.
