Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to support the management of multiple online channels, including Lazada and Shopee. Job Scope

• Support management of Omron’s e‑commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E‑Shop, TikTok)
• Assist in promo pricing, assortment planning & A&P budget control
• Track and report key e‑commerce metrics (GMV, orders, AOV, discounts, etc.)
• Coordinate with content team on listings & shop designs aligned to marketing plans
• Ensure timely execution of online campaigns & marketplace calendars
• Work with internal teams (digital marketing, channel PICs) to drive sales
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment & customer experience

Requirements

• Min. Degree
• Min 2 years’ experience in e‑commerce for physical products
• Strong Excel skills (reports & reconciliation)
• Familiar with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, brand e‑shops
• Able to maintain operations and sales reporting
• Will support stock/inventory checks with SCM
