We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive IT Asset Management Officer to join our technology team (location Ang Mo Kio). This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing asset utilization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and driving efficiency in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.

  • Maintain accurate asset inventory using asset management systems and ensure data integrity.

  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for asset acquisition, renewals, and disposals.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support audits and reporting by preparing documentation and asset utilization reports.

  • Monitor asset performance and usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with IT support teams to track incidents, replacements, and upgrades.

  • Implement best practices for asset tagging, tracking, and security.

Requirements
