Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience drafting, analyzing, and negotiating OTC derivatives contracts.
• Strong expertise with derivatives trading agreements including ISDA, CSA, and brokerage agreements.
• Good understanding of regulations applicable to OTC derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert contractual advice on derivatives agreements.
• Draft and negotiate OTC derivatives contracts.
