Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive / Senior Business Development Executive to lead client marketing and commercial efforts in the logistics/industrial sector. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage sales and marketing campaigns, account management, and contract management.

The ideal candidate is innovative, well-spoken, extroverted, and confident working with C-level executives such as CEOs and COOs, as this position involves significant interaction with top management.

• Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies to drive business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing market presence.
• Work with stakeholders on tender and bid preparation, including identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to client specifications.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, providing insights to refine strategies and target potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive materials and messaging for bids, tenders, and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity and consistency in client communications.
• Manage and oversee commercial negotiations, assisting in contract discussions, and working to secure favorable terms while maintaining client relationships.
• Develop skills in marketing and commercial tasks, including proposal writing, client management, and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign and project performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights for future efforts.
• Oversee customer and client engagement via social media and direct interactions to build long-term relationships and enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the logistics, industrial, or maritime industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in management trainees is an advantage.
