Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire tendering process from bid identification to submission.

  • Develop tendering strategies to secure high-value contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

  • Lead and mentor a team of tendering professionals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.

  • Review and approve final tender documents.

  • Monitor the market and identify potential bidding opportunities.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on tendering activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/M&E or other related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in a senior or management role.

  • Proven track record of successfully securing high-value contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
