- Update and maintain the company website.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent

- Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage e‑filing and maintain organized records and database.

- Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
- Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
- Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
- Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
- Min 'O' Level
