Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily building operations. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance work and ensure routine servicing is conducted per contract specifications. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing contracts for renewal and coordinating council meetings. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and be familiar with the Building Strata Management Act, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the day to day operation of the building
• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance work in the estate
• Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
• Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
• Other scope as assigned
