  • Position: Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Support) - Gul Avenue (Transport from MRT)
  • Location: Gul Avenue (Company Transport Pick Up)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Electrical Engineering
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e‑filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office‑related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Min 'O' Level
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin‑speaking associates
