Qualifications
- 7-12 years in the banking industry with a proven project delivery track record.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in leading banks.

We are seeking an AML Senior FBA / Project Manager to join the AML Technology and Operations team, where you will play a key role in supporting and driving Group Compliance initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with various technology and support teams across the bank.
- Lead and manage end-to-end business requirements elicitation for assigned projects.
- Drive business discussions and manage project scope to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Engage in senior stakeholder management and provide regular leadership updates.
- Support the project delivery lifecycle, with a focus on the analysis, design, and testing phases.
- Experience: 7–12 years in the banking industry, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects or programs.
- Role Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in leading banks.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders independently.
- Domain Knowledge:
Mandatory experience in AML and Compliance domains
Familiarity with data analytics and tools such as Actimize, Detica, Fircosoft, Quantexa, Tookitaki
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and workflow applications is a plus.
