Job summary

A leading civil engineering company in Singapore is seeking a professional to coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and P&S design and installation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications and manage site activities to aid in the timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include supervising workers, monitoring construction installation, and documentation of test reports. Experience in the field and strong leadership skills are essential.

Job description

• Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, P&S design and installation.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and compliance with authorities’ requirements.
• Site coordination and manage M&E personnel on work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission, and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Manage and Coordinate SWC.
• Preparation of CSD & SEM or CCSM drawings
• Monitoring of construction installation, field coordination, and providing necessary problem-solving.
• Carry out testing requirements, and inspection with consultants.
• Conduct T&C and Handover to Client.
• Proper documentation of all test reports, equipment records, and As-built drawings.
• Supervision of workers and sub-contractor to ensure safety and compliance of work on site.
