We are looking for a ACMV Engineer to lead mechanical systems operations at a number of healthcare facilities. You’ll oversee a team of technical officers, and technicians, ensuring reliable system performance, safe work practices, and excellent client service.

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of ACMV and mechanical systems

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders and manage vendor performance

• Support emergency preparedness, site inspections, and safety compliance

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments

• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV, BMS, etc.)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Candidates with extensive experience and SCEM or GMAP certification may be considered for the Senior ACMV Engineer position
