NSM Systems Manager: Building, Facilities & Track Assets
Job summary
A leading public transportation operator in Singapore is seeking a System Manager for Network System Maintenance (NSM). Responsibilities include overseeing the holistic management of NSM systems, contract negotiations, and budget control while requiring a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and knowledge in reliability engineering and management information systems. Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in a maintenance environment.
- Operational experience in 1st line and 2nd line maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the holistic system management of NSM systems.
- Oversee resource planning to optimise system availability.
- Participate in major contract negotiations and management.
- Advise on sustainability of contracted capabilities.
