Job description
Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Actively promote the restaurant’s menu, special events, and catering services to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Upsell premium menu items, private dining experiences, and group packages.
  • Conduct hotel tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and event planners.
  • Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
Marketing & Promotion:
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Distribute flyers, coupons, and promotional materials in the local community.
  • Represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and food festivals.
Event & Group Booking Coordination:
  • Handle inquiries for private parties, corporate events, and large group reservations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Suggest menu or service improvements based on customer preferences.
Requirements:
  • Experience in catering sales or event planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
