DESCRIPTIONOF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide dispatching service during government working hours.
- Provide dispatching service during outside government working hours.
- Provide dispatching duties for scheduled and unscheduled taxi and bus request.
- Monitor driver progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate and assign vehicles and drivers on operational needs.
- Inspect at check out and check in of vehicles and equipment dispatched for discrepancies and documentit.
- Ensure compliance with GSA Fleet Guide and Accident Reporting.
- Ensure vehicle dispatched is clean, safe, reliable, fuelled and properly suited vehicles within specifiedtime periods.
- Utilized necessary form such as trip ticket and Motor Equipment Utilization when dispatching vehicles.
- Ensure that dispatched vehicles are for use by U.S. Government personnel only.
- Ensure that operators complete SF-91 if involved in accident.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs with the fleet department.
EDUCATION:
- High School or National Technical Education
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Strong administrative skills, good communication skills and PC literate.
- Well organized, proactive, good initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
