A staffing and recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Senior/Assistant Executive, General Ledger on a 6-month contract. The role involves handling daily financial tasks, preparing audit schedules, and liaising between departments. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Accountancy and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position requires self-motivation and strong communication skills, suitable for fast-paced environments.
Qualificações
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate with various departments.
Responsabilidades
- Handle day-to-day financial matters.
- Prepare monthly and year-end audit schedules.
- Liaise with various departments.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and resolve reconciling items.
- Assist on corporate tax matters.
