The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and has relevant project handling experience, preferably in air-conditioning or HVAC systems. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with documentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, presentation, and resolve issues.

  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating records and tracking order/delivery statuses.

• Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate breakdown/energy reports, forecasts, and aircon performance metrics for the sales team and customer.

  • Analyze airconditioning data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team, engineering team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.

  • Coordinate with customer to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Sales Process Management:

  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

• Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain documentation related to product presentation, manual, feedback and improvement.

Requirements
