Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle technical hiring across automation and engineering roles in Singapore. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand skill needs, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview and onboarding processes. Applicants should hold a degree in HR or related fields and have experience in technical recruitment, ideally within ASEAN, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles such as Automation Engineers, PLC/SCADA Engineers, MES Engineers, Digitalization Engineers, Project Managers and other general staffing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand industrial automation and Industry 4.0 skill requirements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical talent networks.
  • Screen candidates for technical competencies (PLC, SCADA, Siemens, Ignition, MES, IIoT, manufacturing systems).
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for automation and smart manufacturing roles.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
  • Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably technical or engineering roles.
  • Basic understanding of Industrial Automation & Industry 4.0, including:
    • PLC, SCADA, HMI (Siemens, Ignition, etc.)
    • MES, IIoT, Smart Manufacturing concepts
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
  • With recruiting experience within ASEAN is preferred.
