• Provide personalized service to guests, promptly handling their requests to ensure a seamless stay experience.
• Perform cashiering duties and carefully check the cash float.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Promote and participate in the upselling program.
• Attend to guest inquiries regarding transportation, directions, restaurant reservations, and more.

• Relevant experience in Front Office operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
