Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in a CEO Office, Chief of Staff, or a related management role.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, insurtech, or embedded finance is strongly preferred.
• Experience with emerging markets in Asia and/or Africa is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO on strategic priorities and decisions.
• Translate CEO’s vision into actionable plans and track progress.
• Represent the CEO in engagements with stakeholders.
