The Director/ Manager of the Front Office located in Singapore will be responsible for the management and coordination of all the aftermarket activities for ASIA Region towards customers.

He/She will be required to travel mainly in the ASIA region to support the business and the teams.

He/She will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction through the delivery of service excellence to customers whilst protecting the interest of Safran Electronics & Defense.

For all his/her missions, the Front Office Director / Manager will be working with all relevant interfaces either within the Central or Corporate organization of Safran ED, and any other SAFRAN OEM entities or partners we are working with.

1. Define and steer strategic plans and actions to sustain business growth through Mid-term and Long-term plans.
2. Define and manage short-term and mid-term action plans to achieve the expected revenues, Gross Margin, of SafranED Asia, including managing any risks and opportunities of business.
3. Project and consolidate sales forecast information; cross-functional coordination to generate accurate sales forecasts.
4. Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and drive the relevant action plans.
5. Manage the Customer Support Teams' activities, with associated workload/priorities including adherence to the Company practices, procedures, and policies.
6. Lead, manage, and develop all team members to ensure customer satisfaction and balanced workloads.
7. Lead any Continuous Improvement projects in his/her Customer Service Department to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations. He/She will be in charge of HSE Standards in place within the Company.
9. Comply with all health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.
10. Any other duties assigned by the CEO.
