About the Role

High-potential finance leader ready to step up into a Group CFO role. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will have the opportunity to shape the finance function as a strategic growth enabler, supporting business transformation, value creation, and potential fundraising or M&A activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and Board to provide strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that drive growth.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business units.
  • Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and SGX requirements.
  • Manage group consolidation, reporting, and investor disclosures.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple functions (financial control, treasury, AP/AR, reporting).
  • Develop and maintain strong banking relationships; support financing, liquidity planning, and capital initiatives.
  • Support due diligence, funding assessments, and M&A processes.
  • Drive improvements in finance processes, ERP optimisation, and data-driven reporting.
Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in senior finance roles, ideally in listed companies.
  • Exposure to SGX compliance, board reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong strategic mindset, ready to operate at board level.
