- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business units.
- Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and SGX requirements.
- Manage group consolidation, reporting, and investor disclosures.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple functions (financial control, treasury, AP/AR, reporting).

- Drive improvements in finance processes, ERP optimisation, and data-driven reporting.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in senior finance roles, ideally in listed companies.
- Exposure to SGX compliance, board reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Ambitious, with a desire to step into a full Group CFO role.
Why This Role
- Step into a high-visibility role with real influence at the Board level.
