A leading financial institution in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to acquire and manage commercial banking clients. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years in commercial or corporate banking with strong skills in credit analysis and relationship management. The role includes developing tailored financial solutions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The ideal applicant is proficient in financial markets and has a solid understanding of trade finance and cash management products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement evaluation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance, cash management, lending, and FX products.

- Acquire, develop, and retain profitable commercial banking clients within established risk parameters.
- Create and implement account strategies to deliver customised financial solutions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities aligned with organisational risk appetite.

- Ensure adherence to AML, CDD, and KYC requirements through regular due diligence checks.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
- Manage risk and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Uphold ethical standards and embed organisational values in all business activities.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement evaluation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance, cash management, lending, and FX products.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex client portfolios.
- Knowledge of local industries, supply chains, and market environment.
- Proficiency in financial markets and investment products.
- Experience with cross-border transactions is an added advantage.
- University degree in a relevant field.
