A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow assigned client accounts. The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering effective solutions. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client business needs, and delivering value-driven solutions. The role focuses on client retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development while acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key and strategic accounts
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client objectives, challenges, and business priorities
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Develop account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, HR, or delivery teams) to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and manage client expectations
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
Provide consultative recommendations aligned with client needs and market trends
Support clients with solutions that enhance efficiency, performance, or compliance
Act as a trusted advisor, not just a service contact
Track account performance, revenue, and client satisfaction metrics
Prepare regular account reviews, forecasts, and management reports
Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and governance standards
