A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-senior level roles across APAC. Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-senior level roles, technical positions, and other business-critical hires across APAC or multi-country markets.
  • Build up and lead a recruitment team to deliver hiring across the Asia-Pacific region as well as Europe and the US. Take full responsibility for recruitment outcomes, and be accountable for team members’ performance and professional development.
  • Lead candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, providing actionable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, internal talent databases, industry networks, and social platforms to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs, local market trends, and candidate expectations.
  • Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and pipeline development for key positions.
  • Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality of submissions and efficient processes.
  • Support the building and scaling of the recruitment team in Singapore, including onboarding, training, KPI tracking, and workflow management.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, talent pipeline) to drive process improvements and ensure transparency.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR.
  • 4–10 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting, with multinational or APAC-wide hiring experience preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in leading a recruitment team, with demonstrated ability to build and scale teams.
  • Strong headhunting skills and ability to independently source and engage mid-senior level talent.
  • Solid understanding of APAC or multi-country recruitment trends, labor markets, and candidate expectations.
  • Highly proactive, commercially aware, and capable of understanding business requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
