  • Acquire, develop, and retain profitable commercial banking clients within established risk parameters.
  • Create and implement account strategies to deliver customised financial solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support portfolio growth.
  • Promote and sell a comprehensive range of banking products, including trade finance, cash management, treasury, and investment solutions.
  • Prepare credit proposals, loan applications, and conduct timely annual reviews.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to ensure sound lending decisions and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure adherence to AML, CDD, and KYC requirements through regular due diligence checks.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
  • Manage risk and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Uphold ethical standards and embed organisational values in all business activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, including client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial statement evaluation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance, cash management, lending, and FX products.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
