• Plan, schedule, and deliver instructor-led (in-person & virtual) and e-learning programs for all employee levels.
• Manage training calendars, venues, equipment, catering, and coordinate with external facilitators.
• Serve as the main contact for participants: registrations, reminders, pre-work distribution, and post-session follow-up.

• Promote L&D initiatives to staff and stakeholders using emails, intranet posts, flyers, and other channels.
• Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other learning events.

• Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers, consultants, and platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, track invoices, and monitor L&D budget spend.
• Maintain vendor performance records and recommend improvements.
• Manage the vendor procurement process.

• Produce periodic and ad hoc L&D reports with recommendations for operations, budget, or quality improvements.
• Support internal audits, regulators, and Permanent Operational Control Plan reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
